Quick settings buttons don't work (can't click them on or off, they just stay blue if they were already on or grey of they were already off). Like you all said, i hear the notification but there is no visual cue, i have to go in to the app to see for example a message.Īlways on display stops working (this is how i know the phone is broken and i need a restart or i won't get new notifications from any app). I can list what happens when the phone breaks. Restarting the phone usually fixes the problem (but not always) but when it is fixed, when i click on a notification it breaks it again. I actually did a factory reset but the problem was still there and i couldn't work out why. Hi, I'm having this problem too, to everyone who says it was fixed by doing so and so, i don't think it was, the problem is when you click on a notification it breaks the phone, for me i also thought it was the messenger apps at first.
